Applications:

The GR400 generator is a kind of brushless alternating current generator and the brand is Gloria. It is equipped with diesel engine and assembled into diesel generator set, serving for industrial electricity in oil field, mining, railway, coal and so on. It can also be applied to commercial power generation such as mobile communications, real estate, shopping malls, etc.

Quality assurance:

1. Material guarantee

The stator and rotor of the motor all adopt the 800 grade silicon steel of Wuhan Iron and Steel;

All copper cables use the material of American Essex;

The insulation materials are selected from German brand Elantas, they are painted with resin adhesive, vacuum insulation lacquer, mildew proof lacquer, etc. These products are Elantas's highest grade epoxy resin E300, epoxy resin EIP5070 and solvent alkyd resin paint VA42.

2. First class insulation process

We use CNC vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) equipment. Through six steps such as preheating, 100KPa vacuum negative pressure eliminating air bubbles, 100KPa vacuum negative pressure firstly painting insulation paint, 450KPa positive pressure secondly painting deep insulation paint, 160 degrees constant temperature baking, the insulation grade is 500 MΩ-∞.

3. Rigorous factory test

Our factory has a large feedback motor load test center, and the motor will be recorded the operation index of the generator before it is out of the factory. We strictly control the key data - the temperature rise of the main coil, each generator is tested with load to ensure that the products get to 100% of the factory qualified rate under the most stringent requirements.
