1. Material guarantee

The stator and the rotor adopt WISCO 800 grade silicon steel sheet.

All the copper wires are from Superior Essex.

The insulating material is of German brand Elantas, which is painted resin glue, vacuum insulating paint, and mildew resistant paint to form the final products. They are respectively the Elantas highest level of epoxy E300, epoxy EIP5070 and solvent-based alkyd resin paint VA42.

2. First-class insulation process

By using CNC vacuum pressure impregnated with varnish equipment(VPI), the preheating, 100KPa vacuum maintaining pressure to eliminate bubbles, 100KPa vacuum maintaining pressure for primary insulating painting, 450KPa positive maintaining pressure for secondary deep insulation, 160 degree constant temperature baking and other six processes are conducted to make the insulation level reached 500MΩ-∞.

3. Strict factory test

Equipped with large scale feedback motor load testing center, the operation index of the alternator will be fully record before delivery. And each alternator is equipped with load testing to strictly control winding temperature rise so that the product are of 100% ex-factory pass rate under strict requirement.
